FORTINUA has its own building operation system and mobile application to provide a better lifestyle to our clients, property owners, residents, and tenants. The system also enhances the quality of services that the building staff can provide.

The system and mobile application are built by VUELIFE and we also have a close partnership with the company.

As our mission is 3S (Service, Security & Save time), our systems can support our management team and building staff to focus on their services and building security for all our clients, property owners, residents, and tenants.

We mainly have two systems.

• Management Operation System - MOS (Under Developing).
  MOS is powered by VUELIFE’s A.I. system, which can make fully automated service is possible for managing properties, compliance, document archiving, scheduling, and administrative work.
  

• Building Operation System & Mobile Application - BOS.
  The BOS supports our building staff to provide a better quality of service, and a better lifestyle for clients, residents, and tenants.
  It allows building staff to focus on service, security, and residents’ well-being.
